Move 4 Life is about helping people change their movement behaviour. It teaches people options to move with less ache, strain and pain and places them at the centre of their decision-making. Everyone is their own expert on their body – so we need to make our own choices about how to move safely. Move 4 Life teaches principles and options – adults make decisions. This leads to much greater engagement and application of what is learned and, therefore, better chance of sustainable change in the long-run. All of this means fewer sprain and strain injuries, less fatigue, increased productivity and future-proofing an ageing workforce.
